We met Garreth around 18 months ago as a result of severe last minute warning bells going off with our then contractor for a complete loft conversion on our bungalow. This was at the end of a 3 year failed relocation due to COVID and all the fall out since so to say stress levels were high is a high understatement, further risen to having to find a new contractor from somewhere and the project put on hold for another 6 months, not idyllic for any tradesperson coming in.
